01. Service Agreement

By engaging Qudus Cleaning Services, you agree to comply with our professional standards and policies. Our services—ranging from residential to Airbnb and commercial cleaning—are tailored to provide luxury-grade results across Amsterdam and the Randstad.

02. Walk-Through & Final Inspection

To ensure your 100% satisfaction, we implement a mandatory "Walk-Through" protocol. It is the customer's explicit responsibility to inspect the work performed before our cleaning team leaves the premises.

Requests for re-cleaning after the team has departed will be subject to additional service fees, as we cannot verify new activity or dirt in the home post-departure.

03. Payment & Pricing

Payments are due immediately upon the completion of the service. We operate on a "Pay After Service" model to guarantee quality.

• Initial quotes are estimates; final pricing may adjust based on actual property condition.
• VAT is calculated according to Dutch tax regulations.

04. Cancellation Policy

Our staff's time is valuable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will incur a €60.00 cancellation fee. This also applies if our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time.

05. Liability & Damage

While we are fully insured and take extreme care, Qudus is not liable for damage to items that were previously broken, unstable, or not properly secured. We recommend securing high-value jewelry and fragile antiques prior to the team's arrival.
